Tim Major joined Operto as CEO in January 2026. He brings more than 15 years of experience in hospitality technology, previously serving as president, property management systems at Fullsteam, where he led a portfolio of five PMS brands including IQware, Megasys, Resort Data Processing, RoomKeyPMS and Maestro, representing approximately $40 million in annual recurring revenue. During his time at Fullsteam, he operated within a broader hospitality division encompassing more than a dozen businesses across PMS, point-of-sale and golf technology. At Operto, Major’s responsibilities include continuing to build products for both hotels and short-term rental operators. In the near term, his focus is on partnering closely with hotels as they explore AI initiatives.
